To achieve this, our staff will collaborate with you to develop a personalized approach to managing your health. Matthew Barletta, DO

Matthew Barletta, D.O. is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. He completed his medical school training in West Virginia and his residency in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment in Buffalo at Sisters of Charity Hospital. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He is proud to call Buffalo home and serve the greater Buffalo area.
Eric Southard, M.D.

Eric Southard, MD

Eric Southard M.D. is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and graduated SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine. He completed his training at the SUNY at Buffalo Primary Care Internal Residency Program in 1992.

Kathleen Dubnicki, DO received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, NY in 2018.


Born and raised in the WNY area, Dr. Dubnicki feels honored to serve her hometown community.

Emily McGowan, PA graduated from Daemen College in 2012 with BS/MS of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She has been practicing in Family Medicine since graduation. She grew up in Hamburg and is proud to practice in WNY.

Sydney Cifra DNP, FNP-BC

Sydney Cifra DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering holistic, evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. She graduated summa cum laude from the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at the University at Buffalo in 2023. Her doctoral research focused on vitamin D deficiency in refugee populations, reflecting her commitment to addressing health disparities through culturally competent care. She combines clinical expertise with a passion for wellness to support patients across the lifespan. She provides compassionate and comprehensive care that empowers individuals to take control of their health. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
