Amherst Medical Associates (AMA) accepts most insurance plans and self pay for our services. Our participation in these plans may change at any time. Please ensure that your current information provided to you by your insurance is on file with Amherst Medical Associates. If anything has changed please notify us at the time of your next appointment.

All co-pays and fees are due upon the completion of service. Your health and care is our highest concern. If you have difficulties paying for service, please do not neglect your health care needs. Please contact us about options we have to assist you.
