We have state of the art electronic medical records to better serve your medical care and prescription needs. We have open booking so you will be able to make your appointments within the next two weeks of the date you are calling. We strive to maintain quality healthcare for our patients.
Please be aware that we do charge $50 for No Showing appointments. Please be courteous and call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment we do reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to another day. If you are excessively late for 3 scheduled appointments, NO SHOW 2 appointments or NO SHOW your initial Physical appointment we do reserve the right to discharge you from our practice.

All Co-Payments that are required per your health insurance contract and they are due at the time of your appointment along with any outstanding balances. Please note: we do not generate billing statements under $4.99 so; you may receive a small balance letter. We do accept cash payments along with MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Personal Checks.
NO prescription (new or refills) can be written for new patients until you have been seen in the office to establish care and your medical records from your previous physician have been received and reviewed. Future refill requests for routine/maintenance medication are to be requested from your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will contact us electronically if a new prescription is needed. Refills are authorized by your physician (or covering MD) within 24 business hours. Nurses are not authorized to refill medications under NYS law.
If you are requesting a controlled medication, it will be processed the next business day. If we are unable to process your request you will be notified. You have the option to pick up your prescription at our office after one full business day after you make the request. You will need to show photo ID when you pick up your prescription or you may request your prescription to be mailed to your home or to your pharmacy. Our mail goes out @ 3PM daily. Please be aware your prescription may not be mailed on the day you request it and therefore may be delayed based on the United States Postal Service (example A prescription requested on Friday will not be mailed or ready until the following Monday).
